The Context & Challenge

Anfitriões de Aluguel operated under a fragmented tech stack, utilizing restrictive third-party management tools that created structural scalability bottlenecks. Property owners faced high cognitive overload and severe friction due to a complete lack of financial and operational visibility.


Because these owners were often remote investors detached from daily operations, managing multiple listings without a consolidated view of aggregate earnings made it impossible to evaluate portfolio performance without manual calculations.


Furthermore, the core system logic lacked critical self-service features. To execute a mandatory operational action, such as booking an owner reservation or blocking out a calendar date, property owners were forced to contact a centralized support team via telephone or chat, creating heavy operational friction and continuous support overhead.

The Strategy

The strategy focused on building a proprietary, end-to-end B2B platform from zero to deployment within a strict six-month timeline. The primary objective shifted the product from an operational blind spot to a self-service utility centered on property owner engagement, efficiency, and financial clarity.


To solve the data fragmentation problem, the interface architecture introduced a binary global filter concept. This solution allowed owners to seamlessly toggle the entire application view between all properties aggregated or a single isolated property layout.


The financial visualization strategy targeted cognitive overload by placing a clean, pre-calculated net payout metric directly at the top of the viewport. This approach ensured immediate post-deduction clarity before the user scrolled.

The Execution

As the sole Product Designer and Front-End Engineer, I owned the entire product life cycle from initial business logic discovery to deployment and post-launch iteration, mastering Bubble.io from scratch to execute the functional interface.


  • I conducted UX research to map the owner journey, translating complex backend payout data into an intuitive dashboard layout that isolates monthly net payouts, trailing 12-month performance, and active occupancy indicators.


  • I also designed and engineered the end-to-end interactive flow for calendar date blocking, removing the legacy support dependency.


  • I built high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and coded the complete front-end environment directly in Bubble.io, managing responsive data-binding layouts and state-driven component switches.


  • Pre-launch, I deployed iterative user testing groups, tracking completion speeds to continually refine button targets and input layouts post-deployment.
