Within a high-traffic e-commerce platform, a luxury seafood distributor faced optimization challenges on its primary landing page. The legacy interface failed to translate the physical quality of a premium, high-ticket product into a digital experience.


The core challenge was poor visual positioning and communication noise within the purchase journey. The page relied on generic UI patterns, lacking clear visual hierarchy and immediate trust signals.


This friction made the communication confusing for prospective clients, causing premium buyers and corporate accounts to abandon the flow before initiating B2B sales inquiries.

The Strategy

The strategy focused on elevating the digital experience through high-end visual positioning and reducing communication friction. The primary objective was to replace the generic layout with an editorial architecture that instantly commands authority.


By pairing elegant serif typography for headings with a clean sans-serif typeface, the redesign targeted a luxury aesthetic while improving reading hierarchy.


Strategically, the solution aimed to separate products into intuitive culinary categories and embed persistent information blocks to clarify the purchase journey and lower cognitive overload on smaller viewports.

The Execution

The execution materialized this premium positioning strategy into production-ready interface structures. The main hero section was redesigned using a structured typography hierarchy and prioritized imagery, elevating brand perception and establishing immediate conversion intent.


  • The product catalog was rebuilt into independent, scannable modules, separating specialized fish from premium shellfish, to simplify user exploration. Structured customer testimonial blocks were integrated using high-contrast dark context cards to reinforce immediate credibility.


  • To ensure strict engineering fidelity and eliminate layout fragmentation, all interface assets were structured into a clear component architecture within Figma, facilitating a precise developer handoff and a consistent responsive layout across all viewports.
